Investable Solutions offers an exclusive services-for-equity program to bring the startup to a rapid exit event (aim is at least $250M in five years) with minimum dilution for founders.

This on-going engagement is divided into five stages:

Stage 1

Setup

We work with the startup towards building a stronger executive team, an advisory board, and the required professional consultants for the startup. Additionally, we work on building a more robust business strategy and plan before raising capital. We manage the process of updating the company’s branding, investor materials, and content according to the set strategy.

Stage 2

Road-show
and closing

We open doors to our international network of investors and brokers. We arrange meetings, calls, and pitches and actively participate as principles in the startup. We manage the due diligence process to ensure rapid response to any investor requests, and efficiently negotiate favorable terms for both sides to close the deal and get the money in the bank.

Stage 3

Governance

Post financing, we monitor the startup’s activities according to the business plan and support the management team in relation to changes and adjustments required based on the continually changing and dynamic reality.

Stage 4

Ongoing
Strategy

We play an active role on the board of directors, available and willing to assist and support the startup’s continuous discovery of its strategic direction and its operational decision-making to carry out its plans.

Stage 5

Ongoing fundraising

We support the startup’s continued capital raising. This means that we ensure that the fundraising strategy is optimized, the business plan is properly updated, and any and all other changes necessary to fit the current phase of the company are performed. This then cycles back into the Road-Show, Closing and so on, until the exit!

Investable solutions is run and managed by Aaron Rothenberg and Yossi Konijn, who between them have more than 40 years of experience in investing, entrepreneurship, and consulting. Aaron Rothenberg

Aaron has 20 years of venture capital experience, most recently as an investment manager at Giza Venture Capital. Aaron specializes in identifying and fixing startup’s vulnerabilities as well as company and fund formation financing, including business modeling, financial modeling, creation of high-level materials, and supporting road-shows. Aaron has been involved in the formation of three VC funds: a TV Format Fund, a MusicTech Fund, and an Asia-Israel Fund. He also co-founded a collaborative consumption startup.

Konijn

Originally a software engineer and technology development manager at Intel, Accent, and Proficiency, Yossi began pursuing his entrepreneurial “bug” in 2002, founding and managing various businesses and startups. Yossi later held senior consulting positions in leading management consulting firms where he developed economic and marketing strategies for banks, retail chains, municipalities, and other leading companies, and many others. Since 2012, Yossi specializes in business planning for technology companies and startup, and enjoys lecturing and mentoring at various accelerators and incubators in Israel.
