The Investable Solutions professional funding team provides your startup with a holistic service that includes all the stages necessary to successfully close the round. We manage all the many moving parts of a successful STO so you can focus on what is important – your startup. This is a three-step process:

Stage 1

Becoming investible

A complete process to ensure maximum attractiveness to investors. We examine the intrinsic strategic questions at the core of the offering, such as type of token(s), security offering (royalty vs. pure equity). We create the tokenization strategy and economics, vet and pick the appropriate tokenization platform as well as recommend exchanges for listing. Throughout this process, we work closely with your legal and tax advisors to guide all the definitions of the token offering.

Stage 2

Generating investor leads

Investor leads are sourced from our network of international brokers and investors, from the client’s own users and partners, from inbound marketing leads, and from road-shows. All marketing to investors is compliant with the security regulator in the investor’s jurisdiction and with the regulator in the issuer’s jurisdiction. Investors are accredited via a full know-your-customer (KYC) process, pass anti-money laundering (AML), and anti-terror regulatory requirements. We lead the sales process and involve the startup according to our workflow definitions.

Stage 3

Closing
the round

The funding round ends when a defined subscription cap is reached. Throughout the process, we manage the token sale and ensure that the investors successfully receive their digital wallet with the correct token allocation per their investment. We make sure the startup gets their management dashboard set up.

Aaron Rothenberg

Aaron has 20 years of venture capital experience, most recently as an investment manager at Giza Venture Capital. Aaron specializes in identifying and fixing startup’s vulnerabilities as well as company and fund formation financing, including business modeling, financial modeling, creation of high-level materials, and supporting road-shows. Aaron has been involved in the formation of three VC funds: a TV Format Fund, a MusicTech Fund, and an Asia-Israel Fund. He also co-founded a collaborative consumption startup.

Konijn

Originally a software engineer and technology development manager at Intel, Accent, and Proficiency, Yossi began pursuing his entrepreneurial “bug” in 2002, founding and managing various businesses. Building on his business experience, Yossi later held senior consulting positions in leading management consulting firms. During his consulting career he has developed economic and marketing strategies for banks, retail chains, municipalities, and other leading companies, and many others. Since 2012, Yossi specializes in business planning for technology companies and startups. Yossi co-founded several startups and in his spare time enjoys lecturing and mentoring at various accelerators and incubators in Israel. Yossi holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Hebrew University and an MBA from the Recanati School of Business in the Tel Aviv University.
